Dr. Srikrishnan is a highly accomplished leader and entrepreneur with a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering. He brings a unique blend of deep technological expertise and strategic business acumen to Cibus AgroTech. With a career spanning high-level leadership roles in technology and operations—including serving as Chief Operations Officer for a sustainable technology firm and Assistant Vice President in the defence sector—he is an expert in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and securing national and international grants.
His background in systems engineering and product development fuels his ability to oversee advanced freeze-drying infrastructure and global export strategies. Dr. Srikrishnan has a proven track record of identifying emerging opportunities and building high-performing teams to achieve ambitious objectives.

Mrs. Sheyama Subramanian, M.Sc., MBA Partner Sheyama Subramanian is a results-oriented professional with a multidisciplinary background combining a Master of Science in Biotechnology and an MBA in Hospital Management. She holds both degrees with distinction and first-class honours, providing her with a unique perspective on the intersection of life sciences and operational efficiency.
With extensive experience in program management and strategic planning, Sheyama oversees the operational excellence and program development at Cibus AgroTech. Her expertise in biotechnology is instrumental in our product innovation, particularly in the nutraceutical and cosmetic sectors, while her leadership in managing diverse teams fosters a collaborative and productive work environment.
